How do you develop local neighborhood purchasing networks?

So the question is "How do you develop local neighborhood purchasing networks?"  And what does that mean?

Ideas lead to collaboration which leads to opportunities to support businesses and help them earn revenue to stay in business.

In my opinion the local neighborhood and community needs to be further developed.  Its amazing to know that often times people don't know what's actually available to them in their own communities and neighborhoods or how spending money there can make a difference and for some individuals it can help them from losing their house or home or even help potentially put food on the table.  Services are often available that you might be surprised you could find in a local neighborhood.

I just had that experience with Pest Control....all this time I had been looking through my networks, two major ones and someone down the street actually offered services, but I didn't know about them.  It was a missed opportunity that opened my eyes and gave me so many ideas on ways to resolve this.  It takes a little effort but if the results help others, then it is worth the investment in time.

If you are interested in developing local neighborhood purchasing networks with your favorite small and medium size businesses, e-mail me at chronicbehavior@gmail.com to find out more.  Noted below is a quick synopsis of program offering being developed.

**************************************************************************************************

I am implementing an approach that is specifically targeted to neighborhoods and communities and the businesses in them.  The highlights of the program are as follows:

  • Create a Q-Club network / Consumers / Businesses
    • Create a network of the local neighborhood and community
    • Targeting the consumers in the neighborhood and the businesses in the same area
    • Create a preferred purchasing list of the businesses in the area
  • Ways this can be set-up
    • Business must be pre-qualified - details will be provided if interested.
    • Business must have something to offer that can be marketed and sold.
      • A coupon offering through a specific club based program where discounts from the business of 50% or greater are offered to the consumers.  %'s will be looked at based on the product and or services offered to confirm fit for program.
      • No upfront costs to implement program to the business (this would include marketing and the coupon set up).  All the risk on Qnanza-AdzZoo.
      • Payments to the business would be made based on the sale of the coupons - business earns based on coupons purchased not necessarily redeemed.
      • Minimum total amounts on the coupons offered would have to be met.  # of coupons offered
        • Coupons only available to consumers on a first come first serve basis
      • The intent with this is to drive increased traffic to the business.  Steady flow of customers and new customers for the marketing and the coupon offering - based on the number of customers business wants to see every month....  continuous branding
      • More information can be provided to go into detail with the program.
  • Build the network to drive the economy in the neighborhood and community.
    • In addition there are other revenue generating activities that can be pursued.

This is for the benefit of driving the consumer and purchase activity in the areas where the local neighborhood and community networks will be established for the businesses.  I would be happy to set up one-on-one meetings so we can discuss this and the overall programs in development and to share the vision of the community outreach as well.
